We have our own factories including yarn spinning, fabric weaving, dyeing and final fabric packaging so that we can control the quality without any problem. 

First, we use 100% rayon material Grade A for yarn spinning to make sure it can be dyed to be the right color as we want.

Second,we invested 500sets of traditional shuttlemachines to weave so we can meet any quantity as you want. Always the weight for Morocco Market is 210gsm.We use manual repairing in weaving mill to ensure good quality because there are always some faults on the fabric weaved by old shuttle machine.

Third,we use plain dyeing production to make the fabric in special soft touch and very good color fastness. 

Finally, all the finished fabric is packed by hand carefully then it is packed into 100m/roll.
